Creating a Client Backup (Desktop)
What it is: A quick way to save a copy of a client file to a chosen location on your computer or network, as a manual backup.
What it's for
Creating a client backup gives you a point-in-time copy of the client file that can be restored later if something goes wrong. It is separate from the automatic archiving feature and is useful before making major changes, at the end of a key milestone, or as a regular precaution.

How to do it
- On the Main Client List, select the client file.
- Select Actions.

- Choose the location where the backup should be saved.
- Select OK.
The backup is saved to the chosen location.
